A:Three Angels Wellness Center in Glendon, Alberta is a self-supporting ministry. While we gratefully accept donations to help in the operation of this important ministry, we do not accept tithe.

Our understanding of tithing principles includes the following points:

• Tithe belongs to God as His Word shows in Malachi 3:8 where it says, “Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.”

• Tithe is to be brought to the storehouse. Verse 10 says, “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse.”

• The storehouse today is the church, not any other entity. Ellen White had this to say about paying tithe to the storehouse, “Read the book of Malachi….Cannot you see that it is not best under any circumstances to withhold your thithes and offerings because you are not in harmony with everything your brethren do? The tithes and offerings are not the property of any man, but are to be used indoing a certain work for God. Unworhty ministrers may receive some of the means thus raised, but dare anyone, because of this withhold from the treasury, and brave the curse of God? I dare not. I pay my tithes gladly and freely, saying as did David, ‘Of thine own have we given thee.’” (Special Testimonies, Series A No. 1 p.27; Aug. 10, 1890)

We have faith that God will sustain the work of the Three Angels Wellness Center. Therefore, we strive to obey His will and conduct the work according to His prescribed methods.
